Returns / Exchange
We are sure you will love our design and quality, but if for any reason you want to return your product, you can do it and receive a full refund.
You have 14 days from the day you received the product to return any unused items. You can also exchange an item to a different size or color. Just email us to cs@nimuroma.com to arrange it. If the item is sold out, you will receive a full refund.
The returned items must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging and hang tags.
RETURNS WITHIN THE EU ARE COMPLIMENTARY WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF COLLECTION OF THE PACKAGE.
Outside of the EU, the customer is obliged to pay for the shipping fees, which can vary.

1. You will receive a UPS/DHL prepaid return label by email.
2. You must place the prepaid return label on the package and drop it off at the UPS/DHL pickup point depending on the carrier.
Please note that Personalised items can not be exchanged nor returned, as they are Made to Order.
